Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the plant, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and implementing HR initiatives to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
2. Employee Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
3. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
5. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, including induction, soft skills, and technical training.
6. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
7. Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation.
8. HR Reporting: Prepare and submit HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and training reports.
9. Plant Administration: Provide administrative support to the plant, including maintenance of employee records, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
4. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
