Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration.
Support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Maintain accurate HR records and data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
