Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience with our parking solutions. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and educating users on how to best utilize “Our Parking Space” services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist users with booking, managing, and locating parking spaces.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the app or website.
Educate customers on platform features and best practices.
Process refunds, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Uphold “Our Parking Space” brand values by delivering friendly, efficient, and effective support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [and local language if applicable, e.g., Hindi].
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to empathize with customers and provide patient, helpful assistance.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly).
Comfortable with technology and mobile applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
