Our Parking Space is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our network of parking partners and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new parking locations, negotiating agreements, and building strong relationships with property owners and parking operators. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential parking locations (e.g., commercial buildings, residential complexes, hotels, public lots).

  • Proactively reach out to property owners, facility managers, and parking operators to present Our Parking Space’s value proposition.

  • Negotiate and close agreements for listing parking spaces on our platform.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure successful onboarding and partner satisfaction.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the parking industry.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for new partnerships and revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or a tech-enabled service.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

  • Familiarity with the local real estate market in [ Varanasi/Target City – adjust as needed] is a plus.
