In my role as Human Resources Manager at Zapp Productions, I led HR operations encompassing recruitment, performance evaluations, salary management, and the development of training programs. As an HR Intern at Inframax Engineers, I was tasked with managing the recruitment process for structural engineers and draftsmen, contributing to filling seven professional roles that were critical to the company’s projects.
