I am currently pursuing Human Resource at Rutgers University-New Brunswick and looking for opportunities in the Human Resources field. I chose to study Human Resource Management because I am intrigued by the dynamic aspect of the field.

*Complete recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to interviewing and guiding successful applicants through the rest of the hiring procedure. *Conduct necessary candidate follow-up and finalize the hiring/onboarding procedure. *Primary point of contact for central recruiting program manager for applicant and pipeline metric which includes I9 Form, Wage Garshiments, scheduling &unemployment filing etc. *Adding new users to different app which includes ADP/Mentor/ Amazon DSP and Netradyne
*Recruited, interviewed, and onboarded talent by performing background checks, conducting interviews, developing employment contracts, and conducting orientations. *Strategically sourced applicants employing applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate evaluations, selection criteria, job boards, and interviewing protocols. *Conducted multiple interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and abilities. Interviewed more than 5000 candidates over the past 3 years with a positive outcome.
