I have 8+ years of experience in HR and have worked in Recruitment, Onboarding, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Induction. Currently I am working with AuthBridge Research Services since May 2019. 1. Recruitment • Sourcing relevant profiles through various job portals and sometimes through consultancies. • Taking face-to-face and telephonic interviews of the candidates and short listing them. • Communicating regarding the employer, job description, work culture, timings during the interview process. • Lining up the shortlisted candidates with higher management and also conducting the required tests. • Negotiation of salary with the shortlisted candidates. 2. On boarding Formalities& Induction • Planning Corporate Induction Plans for Managerial level employees. • Planning Operational Training for operations department. • Giving induction on the basic rules and regulations and POSH policy to the new joiners. • Collecting the documents necessary for the joining and also maintaining MIS of the new joiners for the creation of employee code. • Ensuring a smooth on boarding experience for the new joiners. • Preparation of Offer Letters and Appointment Letters. • Initiation of BGV for the new joiners. 3. Employee Engagement • Explaining the various policies and benefits to the employees. • Conducting engagement activities as and when required for the employees. • Solving employee grievances as and when required. 4.
