My robust experience as an Assistant Manager –HR at Birchstreet Systems provided me the platform to cultivate HR strategies designed to enhance overall employee experience and company culture. Collaborating closely with team members to develop and implement hiring strategies that meet and surpass staffing needs has been integral to my role. Being resourceful and hands-on, I’ve always been invested in employee’s growth, from fostering a positive work environment to shaping career development opportunities.
Prior to that, my role at HIC Global Solutions honed my ability to take hold of the complete employee life cycle and resolve conflicts. My initiation in the HR sector with RK Edutech provided me a solid foundation of HR processes and systems, allowing a seamless transition from HR assistant to the higher roles that I assumed later.
