The Opportunity

Adobe is looking for a high-energy, driven, and self-motivated individual to join Adobe’s sales development team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Corporate Digital Media organization. As a SDR, you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with C-level decision-makers. You will prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. Through account-based sales development, you will identify and build a sales pipeline that leads to revenue growth. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who is resilient and innovative in building and executing personalized sales development prospecting campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Be a Document Cloud ambassador and build a great first impression on our prospects and customers by providing them with a premier experience!Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiriesProactively identify, contact, and cultivate new business opportunities using a combination of calling, emailing, and social mediaBe accountable to the goals of qualified meetings, opportunities, and revenue.Perform the level of activities (calls, emails, social media contacts, etc) to hit and exceed performance goalsWillingness to be creative and try new prospecting strategiesCollaborate with our Marketing teams to improve the efficiency of our demand-generation strategiesPlay an active role in the creation and iteration of team processes

What You Need To Succeed

6+ months of lead generation for a high-growth SaaS business; Inside Sales experience is a plusAn entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity and change, and a passion for helping build Document CloudExcellent communication, including writing, speaking, listening, and cold-callingPhone-first mindset; be ready to cold call and book meetings dailyA history of exceeding goalsGreat understanding of social media and vehicles including LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, and monitoring toolsGrit and ambitionExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $63,000 — $100,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
