Cluster Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Cluster Manager to manage our cluster. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to improve the efficiency and productivity of the cluster. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must be motivating, organized, and proactive in their approach.

Responsibilities
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize resources in order to improve the efficiency and productivity of the assigned cluster
Monitoring sales reports and customer feedback to better assess the performance of the cluster
Organizing and monitoring the daily activities in the assigned cluster
Developing plans to increase profits in the cluster
Managing customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction
Analyzing customer feedback and reports to identify areas for improvement
Developing strategies to increase sales and efficiency
Analyzing and understanding performance of each location in the cluster
Coordinating and delegating tasks between stores
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Motivating and managing employees for optimal performance
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degreein management, business administration, or relevant field
Proven experiencein cluster leadership roles
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
Excellent organizationaland problem-solving skills
Strong knowledgeof inventory management, product marketing, and customer service principles
Thorough understandingof the principles of budgeting and finance
Proficientin MS Office, ERP systems, and related applications
