Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving their inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

Primary Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls/emails from customers regarding their accounts.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts, products, and services.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards always maintaining TAT.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 

Education Qualification

Graduation: Any Graduation

Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
