About the job
Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders for a portfolio of customers in the BFS/Cards & Payments domain.Understand the business objectives and IT needs of each client and develop strategies to align LTIMindtree’s services with their goals.Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling LTIMindtree’s services within the assigned accounts.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on technology trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions.Proactively identify risks and issues within the accounts and work to mitigate them in a timely manner.Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports and presentations to clients and senior management.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously add value to client engagements.Travel to client locations as needed to foster relationships, understand their operations, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
