Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Resolve employee concerns and disputes effectively.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
