Search Quality Rater

Job Description

As a Search Quality Rater, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the relevance and quality of search results related to parking. You will use your local knowledge and understanding of user intent to assess how well our search engine matches user queries. This is a part-time, remote position offering flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

Review and evaluate search results for various parking-related queries.
Assess the relevance and usefulness of search results based on provided guidelines.
Provide clear and concise feedback on the quality of search results, identifying areas for improvement.
Categorize and tag search results based on pre-defined criteria.
Identify and report any issues or inconsistencies in the search results.
Stay up-to-date with OurParkingSpace’s search quality guidelines and best practices.
Maintain confidentiality regarding project details and sensitive information.
Meet weekly/monthly evaluation targets.
Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of search engine functionality and user behavior.
Ability to follow guidelines and instructions carefully.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
Access to a reliable internet connection.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong understanding of parking concepts and terminology is a plus.
