We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online marketing presence, from social media and SEO to paid advertising and email marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, data analytics, and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms.
Manage social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and paid social campaigns.
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email creation, and automation.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance.
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
Collaborate with other teams (e.g., sales, product) to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing specialists (if applicable).
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience 1years in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.  
Strong content creation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with budget management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
