Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and developing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to address complex challenges across various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to bring innovative AI products to market.

Responsibilities:

Research, design, and develop advanced AI/ML algorithms, including but not limited to:
Machine Learning: Supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning models
Deep Learning: Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Transformers, etc.
Natural Language Processing (NLP): Text classification, sentiment analysis, machine translation, chatbot development
Computer Vision: Image recognition, object detection, image segmentation
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable AI/ML systems.
Conduct rigorous experimentation and evaluation of AI/ML models, analyzing results, and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and presentations.
Mentor junior AI/ML engineers.
Qualifications:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Passion for AI/ML and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge research and development.
