We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Data Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Preparation:
Gather and integrate data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party vendors.
Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Perform statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
Develop and implement data visualization techniques (e.g., dashboards, charts, graphs) to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Business Intelligence and Reporting:
Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
Data Modeling and Forecasting:
Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies.
Data Governance and Compliance:
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
Adhere to data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Effectively communicate complex data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay Updated:
Keep abreast of the latest advancements in data analysis and business intelligence technologies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques (a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
