We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. Â
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances. Â
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluations and feedback. Â
Identify and address performance issues.
Facilitate performance reviews.
Training and Development:
Identify training and development needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
Support employee career development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and administration. Â
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Â
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Manage worker’s compensation and safety programs.
HR Strategy and Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management.
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Â
7] years of experience in a human resources management role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Â
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Â
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
