Job Description

Pujasamadhan Company is seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and direct the human resources function for our growing organization in Lucknow. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. This role encompasses all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering a positive and productive work environment.  

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.  
Provide strategic advice and guidance to the leadership team on HR-related matters.  
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees seamlessly into the organization.
Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and provide fair and consistent resolution.
Develop and implement employee relations programs to foster a positive and engaged workforce.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
Provide guidance and support to managers on conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.  
Identify and address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administer the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Conduct regular salary surveys and market analysis to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
Manage employee benefits enrollment and communication.
Training and Development:
Identify training and development needs within the organization.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.  
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that are compliant with legal requirements and best practices.
Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to all employees.
HR Administration and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including those specific to Uttar Pradesh and India.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive company culture.
Organize employee events and activities to foster teamwork and morale.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
1 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations, particularly those applicable in Uttar Pradesh.  
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.  
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
