Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information about our products and services, including pricing, availability, and delivery options.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, including order cancellations, refunds, and delivery problems.
Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, email clients).
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of Hindi and English is essential.
