Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Operations Manager to join our growing team in Varanasi. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operational activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of services, and maximizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:
Oversee the entire service delivery process, from initial customer inquiries to post-service follow-up.
Manage a team of service providers (Purohits, musicians, etc.), ensuring their timely availability and adherence to service standards.
Coordinate logistics for all services, including venue arrangements, transportation, and equipment.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Operations Management:
Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Manage inventory and procurement of necessary materials and supplies.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all operational equipment.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of service providers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Customer Relations:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Business Development:
Identify and explore new business opportunities within the local market.
Contribute to the development of new service offerings.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the service industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and English.
Knowledge of local customs and traditions is a plus.
Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools is preferred.
