Job Description

Position : Customer Success Associat
Location : PLOT NO, 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding New Customers:
Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to use the product or service.
Provide training, resources, and support to set them up for success.
Customer Retention:
Work closely with customers to maintain long-term relationships.
Identify potential issues and proactively address them to prevent churn.
Upselling & Cross-selling:
Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that could benefit the customer.
Collaborate with the sales team to introduce these opportunities, but in a way that adds value rather than coming across as pushy.
Handling Customer Inquiries:
Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and solving any problems they may encounter.
Act as the customer’s advocate within the company, ensuring their needs are being met.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
Good understanding of sales processes and the ability to collaborate closely with sales teams.
