🔸 Monitor and evaluate customer interactions in an Inbound Voice Process
🔸 Provide feedback and coaching to enhance service quality
🔸 Drive compliance and process improvement initiatives
🔸 Analyze trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
🔸 Collaborate with teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Graduation is Mandatory
🗣 Fluency in English + German OR English + Dutch (Mandatory)
💼 Minimum 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in a Quality Analyst role within Customer Service
