🔸 Lead and manage a customer service team in an nbound Voice Process
🔸 Ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency
🔸 Drive team performance, training, and development
🔸 Handle client interactions and escalations professionally
🔸 Work in Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week Offs

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Graduation is Mandatory
🗣 Fluency in English + German OR English + Dutch (Mandatory)
💼 Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years as a Team Leader
