🔹 What You’ll Do:
🔍 Monitor network traffic & alerts in a high-availability environment
🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve network outages efficiently
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless platform performance
📊 Track, update & document issues to ensure smooth operations

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking, Mathematics, or Computer Science
💻 2-5 years of experience in a similar role (NOC experience preferred)
🔗 Strong knowledge of Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking, TCP/IP, and Linux environments
📈 Excellent problem-solving, analytical & communication skills
🔹 Cisco/Juniper certifications & experience with Jira ticketing = BIG PLUS!

📅 Shift: US/Rotational | 🏖️ Week Offs: 5 working days, 2 days off
📚 Training: 15 days classroom + 15 days OJT
