Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to parking reservations, payments, account management, and app functionality.
Provide clear and concise information about Our Parking Space services and policies.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Contribute to a positive team environment and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
