In this role, you will be the front-line for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to our parking services. You’ll help ensure a seamless and positive experience for all users of the Our Parking Space platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to parking reservations, payments, account management, and app functionality.

  • Provide clear and concise information about Our Parking Space services and policies.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or support role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency with common office software and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
