Pujasamadhan is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company goals, ensuring a positive employee experience, and managing recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Oversee performance management systems and employee development programs.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with all local and national employment regulations.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare relevant reports.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a startup environment.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
