The Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Java Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust backend systems that power our core parking platform. You’ll contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness for our users.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle – from requirements gathering and design to testing and deployment.
Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Requirements:
Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
Proven working experience in Java development.
Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, etc.).
Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
