We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Our Parking Space, a leading provider of innovative parking space solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, capable of driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and penetrate new markets.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or real estate sector.

  • Strong understanding of the parking industry and its challenges is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
