We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong company culture, managing our HR functions, and supporting our employees throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.

  • Oversee payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals and foster a positive work environment.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters and conflict resolution.

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

  • Organize and manage company events and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role.

  • Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing company is a plus.
