We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong company culture, managing our HR functions, and supporting our employees throughout their journey with us. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating an exceptional employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
Oversee payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support company goals and foster a positive work environment.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters and conflict resolution.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and selection.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Organize and manage company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 years of experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Experience in a fast-paced, growing company is a plus.
