We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join Our Parking Space, a leading provider of innovative parking solutions in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our parking infrastructure projects, from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of project engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide project updates.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction or parking industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
PMP certification is a plus.
