We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. As a leader in the parking space industry, we’re committed to providing a seamless experience for our customers and a supportive, engaging environment for our employees. The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the human resources function, from recruitment and talent management to employee relations and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance, 401(k), and leave programs.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as safety, compliance, and professional development.
Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven knowledge of US employment laws (e.g., FLSA, ADA, EEO).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in the parking, transportation, or a related service industry is a plus.
