Job Description

The analyst should develop and update Data Quality (DQ) protocols and DQ monitoring plan for electronic data submissions on a timely manner.

You will work on various day-to-day operational tasks and interacts, as needed with the project manager and other staff members.

Location : Remote

Duration : 12 Months +

eCommerce platform experience is a must along with RedShift and Power BI

Responsibilities :
• Analyze large and complex datasets from various sources, including Redshift, to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain visually compelling and interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that track key business metrics, KPIs, and performance trends.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Perform deep dive analyses to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for optimization across eCommerce platforms (desktop, mobile, and apps).
• Conduct A / B testing analysis and provide insights to support product and marketing decision-making.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analytics systems.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in data analysis and eCommerce analytics.

Qualifications :
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on eCommerce platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Solid experience with Redshift or similar cloud-based data warehouses.
• Proven experience analyzing data from major eCommerce platforms, especially in the context of .com websites or mobile applications.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with querying large datasets.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and languages, such as Python, R, or similar tools, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics and KPIs, including conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLTV), retention, and product performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into data and extract meaningful insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
