Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and execute projects from initiation to closure. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct project kickoff meetings and ensure alignment among stakeholders.  
Project Execution & Monitoring: Manage project execution according to the plan, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Monitor project performance against key metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and optimize utilization.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors. Communicate project updates effectively and address stakeholder concerns promptly.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and assess potential project risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies. Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. Track project expenses and report on budget variances.
Quality Management: Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards. Conduct regular quality checks and address any quality issues.  
Project Closure: Ensure proper project closure, including documentation, handover to relevant teams, and post-project review. Capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organization.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
1 years of experience in project management, preferably .
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).  
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.  
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
[Preferred] Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
