Onsite Manager (Bilingual Spanish Required)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Onsite Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our contract workforce at a client location in Cleveland, OH. This role combines workforce management, employee relations, recruiting support, client service, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience supporting employees, managing client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a hands-on position with significant interaction with associates, client leadership, and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkforce & Employee Management
- Serve as the onsite leader for contract employees assigned to client facilities.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and associate engagement.
- Address employee concerns and provide coaching, counseling, and support as needed.
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding sessions.
- Facilitate employee communication and maintain positive workforce relations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with client supervisors and management teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal branch operations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive service and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide workforce updates to client stakeholders.
Recruiting & Staffing Support
- Assist with recruiting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates when staffing needs arise.
- Coordinate interviews and hiring activities to ensure workforce coverage.
- Maintain applicant and employee records within the applicant tracking system.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and client requirements.
- Manage documentation related to employee files, attendance, performance, and onboarding.
Safety & Risk Management
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Attend client safety meetings and communicate safety initiatives to employees.
- Investigate workplace incidents and report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
- Partner with management to implement corrective actions when needed.
Reporting & Operations
- Generate reports, spreadsheets, and workforce metrics as requested.
- Track employee data, staffing levels, attendance, and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources, Administrative Support, Customer Service, Staffing, Recruiting, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred
- Associate degree or higher.
- Previous staffing, recruiting, or sourcing experience.
- Experience supervising employees or coordinating workforce operations.
- Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments.
