We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Our Parking Space, a leading provider of innovative parking space solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, capable of driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and penetrate new markets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the technology or real estate sector.
Strong understanding of the parking industry and its challenges is a plus.
